Team & recruiting
People lead Pine Mountain Farm. Role shells below — names and bios to be filled by Mike. Culture first; titles second.
How we hire
We look for people who want a people-led, robot-scaled working farm: warm with guests and partners, serious about animals and land, and comfortable teaching and learning robot-assisted workflows without surrendering judgment.
- Humans can do every robot task; cross-training is expected.
- Humans own decisions and expertise — always.
- Full scale requires robots; we do not pretend otherwise.
