Ops — Human decision, robot scale

LOCKED frame: humans own judgment; robots provide throughput. Not an unstaffed farm.

Model

Humans own expertise, knowledge, and important decisions. Humans can perform every task a robot can. Full operational scale requires robots for throughput — this is not an unstaffed farm and not a claim that zero robots achieve full scale.

Say this clearly. Human-run decisioning with robot-scaled throughput. Do not say humans can run full scale without robots. Do not imply robots replace judgment.

Human baseline

Full-time Farm/Vineyard Manager and phased payroll so the business runs without owner day-to-day presence. Competitive rural compensation. Core animal care, lodging, wine production, and guest services are paid staff roles.

Robot layer

Tesla Optimus–class (and successors) amplify approved tasks (corridors, material moves, grounds, and other scoped work). Site layout preserves ≥12–16 ft gated corridors, charge/maintenance pads by metal storage / barndominium, and FirstLight fiber/power sized for a small fleet from day one.

Planning budget (see Internal Notes). $1,000 per robot per month = $12,000 per year per unit. AgPlan / lender only — not a guest-facing rate.

For recruits

People-led operation that intends to set the standard for humanoid-robot working farms — without surrendering craft or care. Role shells on Team.
