Vision

Pine Mountain Farm is a profitable, staffed agritourism destination on about 47 acres at 306 Bog Road, Gilead, Maine — White Mountains foothills next to National Forest.

What we’re building

Lodging (yurts and cabins), livestock (Morgan horses, sheep for wool, turkeys for eggs, Berkshire pigs for meat), ice-wine grapes with on-farm bottling, bourbon tasting at the Bourbon House (stills in a separate annex), chapels and Stations of the Cross trails, and a farm-owned barndominium (IntegSec HQ lease plus farm staff housing). High-tech throughout.

How we run it

Humans own expertise, knowledge, and important decisions — and can perform every task a robot can. Full scale needs robots. The farm must stand alone with competitive full-time pay; owners are not day-to-day operators.

Human decisions, robot scale. People-led judgment; robots for throughput. Never claim full scale without robots — and never hide that humans lead.
